“Anger, guilt, and sadness are not enemies of healing, they are signs that you loved deeply.

Focus: Emotional regulation, expression, and compassion.

Key Concepts:

  • Anger in grief is normal and doesn't make you a bad person

  • Guilt comes from loving someone, not from doing something wrong

  • Sadness needs space, not fixing

  • All emotions in grief are valid

You'll Learn:

  • Safe ways to express anger

  • How to challenge guilty thoughts

  • Why "if only" thinking happens

  • How to sit with sadness without trying to make it go away

Activities:

  • Write an anger letter (that you don't send)

  • List and respond to your guilt thoughts

  • Try one physical activity for releasing emotions

  • Practice self-compassion
