With over 17 years of clinical experience, Kongit is a licensed Marriage, Family and Couples therapist (CA-97773), conflict resolution expert, AASECT certified sex therapist, trauma therapist, and mediator. She is an adjunct professor of Psychology at Pepperdine University and a clinical supervisor for associate marriage and family therapists, counselors, and social workers.

Kongit founded the Center for Healthy Marriage in 2010 and holds degrees from the University of Southern California (Communication), Pepperdine University (Clinical Psychology), and Conflict Resolution (Columbia University). She has received advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from The Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Couples Therapy from The Gottman Institute, Sexuality from the Center for Healthy Sex in Los Angeles, and The Buehler Institute in Orange County.

She is passionate about helping couples build and maintain healthy marriages and family lives.
