Who Is This Course For?


Peace in the Storm is ideal for adults (18+) who are experiencing grief related to:

  • The passing of a loved one

  • Estrangement from family, friends, or partners

  • Symbolic losses (identity, role, dream, faith)

  • Divorce, breakups, or relational disconnection

  • llness, aging, or major life transitions

  • Global or collective grief (e.g., war, climate change, cultural loss)

You don’t need a diagnosis
or therapy history.

You only need a willingness to approach your grief with care.

What’s Included

WEEKLY SELF-GUIDED MODULES


Each of the 6 modules includes:

  • A compassionate audio lesson (20–30 minutes)

  • A written and/or audio meditation letter

  • A journal reflection prompt

  • A simple ritual or relaxation activity
