This is not a clinical program—it’s an educational offering to help you walk with your grief instead of against it.
Who Is This Course For?
Peace in the Storm is ideal for adults (18+) who are experiencing grief related to:
The passing of a loved one
Estrangement from family, friends, or partners
Symbolic losses (identity, role, dream, faith)
Divorce, breakups, or relational disconnection
llness, aging, or major life transitions
Global or collective grief (e.g., war, climate change, cultural loss)
You don’t need a diagnosis
or therapy history.
You only need a willingness to approach your grief with care.
What’s Included
WEEKLY SELF-GUIDED MODULES
Each of the 6 modules includes:
A compassionate audio lesson (20–30 minutes)
A written and/or audio meditation letter
A journal reflection prompt
A simple ritual or relaxation activity
