  • We welcome you at any point during your pregnancy. Whether you’ve just tested positive or you're ready to give birth, This program is helpful at any stage of your pregnancy or postpartum experience.

  • Yes. This comprehensive program will provide you with real, practical information you need to plan and prepare for your pregnancy and postpartum journey. While we can’t predict every eventuality, we can help you prepare for the most common experiences. Once you have these aspects managed, you’ll be in a stronger psychological, emotional, relational, and physical place to handle any unexpected challenges with less stress.

  • I wouldn’t recommend “winging” this process. Your body, mind, relationships, and home all undergo significant changes that need careful planning, especially for safety. By preparing for the inevitable experiences, you’ll reduce stress and have more time and energy to enjoy your pregnancy and your growing family. Being prepared boosts your safety, confidence, and overall enjoyment of the journey.
